A Real Seal delivers complete waterproofing solutions for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. We work across new builds and remedial projects, partnering with builders, developers, and strata communities to protect structures from water damage - from below-ground tanking through to rooftop membranes.

  • PVC, Butynol, HDPE, and torch-on (modified bitumen) membrane systems installed across roofs, decks, podiums, planter boxes, and below-ground structures. Sheet membranes provide a durable, factory-controlled thickness suited to high-traffic and exposed areas.

  • Polyurethane, acrylic, and cementitious liquid-applied systems used on balconies, wet areas, planter boxes, and around complex penetrations and junctions where a fully bonded, seamless membrane is required.

  • Waterproofing systems applied to below-ground walls, slabs, lift pits, and retention/detention tanks to manage hydrostatic pressure and prevent water ingress into occupied or structural spaces.
